Club Membership

If you are a member of one of our associated tennis clubs, you will gain access to our special members pricing which will save you money across the course of the year.

Wet Weather Policy

We will always do our best to run our sessions throughout the year, but the weather isn’t always on our side.

We do have use of indoor facilities to run some of our programs and you will always be notified if a lesson is cancelled. If you don’t hear anything from us, assume the lesson is running as normal.

In the event that we do have to cancel a lesson, you will be notified and the lesson will be re-arranged at a later date.

Refund Policy

Payments must be made in full before the start of the session/term start date to secure your place in the group.

No refunds will be given for non-attendance in group lessons.

If, however, you are unable to attend a group lesson we are happy for you to arrange for a friend/family member (appropriate to the class age & ability) to attend in your place. To organise this, you MUST INFORM US FIRST by providing a full name and contact information prior to the lesson.

A credit may be offered for a valid medical reason, which prevents you/your child from attending three or more classes in a row.

Cancellation fees will apply for private lessons unless 12 hours notice is given. Please contact your coach to cancel the lesson.
